Use the following instructions to move a local OneNote notebook file to OneDrive/Office 365.
Instructions
- Open OneNote and click on the File menu and select Account.
- Click Sign In.

- Enter your Office 365 email address and password and click Next.

- If the following screen is shown click Yes.

- Click on Info and select your local OneDrive Notebook and click Settings → Share or Move.

- Give the OneNote File a name and click Move

- OneDrive will now be syncing to OneDrive
- Click Ok
